Megan Paterson (she/her)
Graduate Student
Megan is a first-year graduate student in the joint psychology and cognitive science PhD program. She is interested in understanding cognitive processes like memory using fMRI, and their role in the treatment of anxiety-related symptoms. She graduated from Fairfield University with a bachelor's degree in psychology with a behavioral neuroscience concentration. She worked at Yale University as a research assistant studying decision-making and stress across PTSD patients and the general population. Outside of the lab, Megan loves to bake, paint, and play pickleball.
